🧾 Registration & Payment
Vendor registration is open until Friday, November 28, 2025, or until all spaces are filled.
Each vendor space includes one 6-foot table and two chairs, provided by the church.
Fee: $20 per space (non-refundable once accepted).
Registration is confirmed once payment is received.
No same-day registration or early-bird discounts.
🏕 Vendor Spaces
- All vendor spaces are indoors on the main floor.
- Each space includes one 6-foot table and two chairs.
- All areas are handicap accessible.
- Specific placement requests are allowed but not guaranteed.
- Vendors may not hang or tape anything on walls without explicit permission.
- Not accepted: food trucks, resellers, or informational/promotional booths.
- Vendors must sell handmade or craft-fair-appropriate items.
⏱ Setup & Breakdown
- Setup begins at 6:30 a.m.
(The kitchen will be in operation and doors open to the public at 8:00 a.m.) - Vendors must be fully set up by 7:45 a.m.
- No early breakdowns without prior approval.
- Booths must be taken down and cleared by 3:30 p.m.
⚡ Electricity
- Limited outlets are available and assigned by request.
- Vendors must bring their own extension cords and power strips.
🧼 Clean-Up
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area.
All trash, personal items, and unsold goods must be removed before leaving.
⚖️ Liability Waiver
By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following:
Winthrop Baptist Church, its volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage incurred during the event. Vendors assume full responsibility for their booth and products and agree to hold harmless the church and its representatives from any claims or expenses related to participation.
