🧾 Registration & Payment
- Vendor registration is open until Friday, Sept. 13, 2025, or until all spaces are filled.
- Early Bird Pricing through Aug. 16:
- 10′ x 10′ space – $15
- 20′ x 20′ space – $30
- Standard Pricing (Aug. 17–Sept. 13):
- 10′ x 10′ space – $25
- 20′ x 20′ space – $40
- Registration is confirmed once payment is received.
No same-day registration.
Booth fees are refundable only if the event is canceled due to weather.
🏕 Booth Spaces
- All vendor spaces are outdoors on grass.
- Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, tents/shade, etc.
- Available sizes:
- 10′ x 10′
- 20′ x 20′
- Vendors may reserve multiple spaces of one or both sizes.
- Specific placement requests are allowed, but not guaranteed.
- Food trucks and mobile kitchens are not permitted.
This is a vendor fair for craft, tag sale, flea market, and similar booths only.
⏱ Setup & Breakdown
- Check-in begins at 6:00 a.m.
- Vendors must be fully set up by 7:45 a.m.
- No early breakdowns without prior approval.
- Booths must be taken down by 4:00 p.m.
🚗 Parking & Power
- Vehicles may be driven onto the lawn for setup between 6:00 and 7:30 a.m.
- No trailers, U-Hauls, or vehicles may remain on the lawn during event hours.
- No power is guaranteed. Generators are not allowed.
🧼 Clean-Up
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their own area.
- All trash, personal items, and unsold goods must be removed by 4:00 p.m.
- No trash removal will be provided.
⚖️ Liability Waiver
By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following:
Winthrop Baptist Church, its volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage incurred during the event.
Vendors assume full responsibility for their booth and products, and agree to hold harmless the church and its representatives from any claims or expenses related to participation.
